Bull Pen - 2 Acre Field

Day Hire (12 Hours)     £250 (THIS IS SUBJECT TO EACH EVENT)

We do not charge VAT

Included in price:

·       Power supply

·       x2 running water points (drinking water)

·       Parking for up to 100 cars

·       Weekend hire – flexible load in and load out times

·       Camping free with venue hire

Not included:

·       Toilets (compulsory with each booking)

·       Extension leads to power point

·       Car parking attendants – we advise you organize these for larger events

·       Skips/rubbish collection (compulsory with each booking)

Suitable For: Most events including weddings, parties, car boot sales, fun days, dog shows, BBQs/fire pits, mini festivals, stag/hen parties and sports events.

Capacity: 450

A £300 damages deposit is payable with your booking and will be returned to you once the site is cleared and as long as all terms and conditions have been adhered to during your stay.When you leave the site, it must be cleared of all rubbish to enable the full refund of the damages deposit.


Pastures Pond - 15 Acre Field

Day hire (24 hours) £600

Extras:

·       Use of Lawn at the house for champagne reception The House.

·       Wedding photos on lawn or grounds of The House

·       A room in The House, for bride to use

Not included:

·       Car parking attendants – we advise you organize these for larger events

·       Skips/rubbish collection (compulsory with each booking)

 

Suitable for: Weddings, festivals, birthday parties, company away days and corporate shows.

This field can accommodate an arrange of event set-ups from the classic marquee style to festival teepees. Camping is permitted in the field. Guests arrive along a pretty avenue of trees and park within easy walking distance of the field. Wonderful backdrop to 18th Century House.

Capacity: 800

The vast 7,000m2 space with its 20ft high ceilings, the Main Arena converts perfectly into an exhibition hall for up to 1000 visitors.  Easy access via the M3 near Basingstoke. The arena works very well as large party space, accommodating up to 400 seated guests with adjoining access to a bar.

Price: £25 p/h         plus VAT

Suitable for: Meetings, after sports events, birthdays, quizzes and curry nights, watching big sporting events such as The World Cup.

 Capacity: 70 Standing, 30-40 seated.

 The Sports Bar overlooks the main arena. This is ideal for parties for up to 70, or meetings for up to 30 people, especially if you are looking to create an exclusive environment. The Sports Bar can be styled in a variety of set ups, allowing you to have the perfect space for your event.
